Gemstones Project - Assembling The Furniture

After trying to rest, it was back to work. So I gathered some people and we started assembling the furniture and making the parlour look amazing. It was no easy task I tell you, especially because we were involved with all the manual work, picking up heavy objects, mounting and hammering pictures and mirrors on the walls etc

We spent almost a week on this place and in that week this was t
We spent almost a week on this place and in that week this was temporarily my home away from home. I spent almost all my hours in here trying to get this place ready. It felt so good to see it come to life and to see what the almost final product looked like. There is still tons of work to done, but here is a sneak preview.

Gemstones Project - The Work Begin

The first step here was buying all the furniture and products. We spent 2 weeks shopping and as a woman I never imagined I would get tired from shopping, But then again im no ordinary woman..lol. after all the shopping was done, it was hitting the road to Swazilad where the real fun and work began.

Before we started with the shopping we had found a location which we loved so much and were excited to start working on.

Beautiful isnt it? Wasnt for long though, because after offloading all the furniture the place was a complete mess. I have to say, I didn imagine that we would create any magic and even better yet on time.

We were tired from the travelling and offloading plus there was still lots of work to be done as the days went by, so we called it a night, but the excitement was still on point nevertheless.

Gemstones Project - Gemstones Nail Bar (GNB)

This is by far the biggest project we have had. We will be launching Gemstones Nail Bar soon. GNB is a beauty parlor specializing in all sorts of nail therapy (pedicures, manicures, gel, acrylic etc) and waxing. Gemstones promises to be one of the best in the industry and in Swaziland. This is the kind of place the ladies will love to hang out at while relaxing and getting pampered at the same time. We have something for the guys as well, they can come in and get the pedicures done, grooming for men is just as important.
The amount of work and planning that goes into a business of this nature is incredible, it takes months of brainstorming and even more months of implementing. Since this is a place you will soon call, we are going to take you through all the details, from finding the perfect location, selecting artwork, buying of equipment and products, but in the end moving in and the final product. This will be a bit of a bumpy ride but in the end it will all be worth it. Now sit back and enjoy!!

Bello Esempios Creative Director tells it all in The Times of Swazilaland.

Times of Swaziland newspaper sat down with Xolile Sibonelo Zwane, who is the Creative Director of Bello Esempio to find out more about her life, future, dreams and hopes. It was an interesting interview, she spoke about her dreams and plans for the company and how she wants to motivate young women to be the best they can be. “The times have changed, we are a lucky generation raised in a way where we should aim at being CEO’s instead of ordinary employees.

She urged her mates to dream and work hard at making those dreams a reality, she also advised her peers to keep trying and to never give up no matter how many times one falls, as it took many tries before she eventually got to where she is right now. Miss Zwane, joked that she is far from resting though, not until she becomes the youngest Minster of Youth, Sports and Culture in Swaziland.

They got my company name right, well kinda.

Re Introduction and Welcome to Bello Esempio

Allow me to Re Introduction Myself

I havn posted anything in over a year and therefore I feel like I need to re-introduce myself, because I am certainly not the same person anymore. I have changed, grown and matured in so many ways. My dreams are bigger and so different. But I am still quite funny and crazy at times so that part of me still exists. …lol
I thought of deleting this blog and start a completely new one, but I want to able to look back and reflect on where I come from, where I am and where im going.
I have since launched my own Marketing and promotions company called Bello Esempio.
This is pretty much all I want to post and talk about, because this is all I eat, breathe and sleep. Its been an amazing journey and I want to share this with my followers.

Welcome To Bello Esempio

As you know, my name is Xolile, but I prefer to be called Yolly or Beyolly. I am the creative director of Bello Esempio which is a marketing and promotions company. the name means 'beautiful example', a direct translation from Spanish and Italian. I named the company after myself of cause (Sibonelo being my second name), so it represents me in every way.  So in the same way, this blog will have my character and personality, but at the same time promote Bello and the work that we do, because it is really amazing.

I started this company in May of 2013 when I turned 25 years, I made the decision that every year on my birthday month I will launch a big project as a birthday gift to myself. This helps me to grow with the realisation that that with each year that comes by, I don’t just grow in age, but I also have the maturity and success to show for it as well. www.belloesempio.co.za, click on this link to get the Bello Esempio background. I am excited to let you in and I hope you will find my posts interesting and beneficial to a certain extent.
